Charges other than the product price

Japanese consumption tax (included in displayed prices where applicable), shipping fees (see our Shipping Policy for rates), bank transfer fees, and - for international orders - customs duties and import taxes imposed by the destination country.

Delivery time

In-stock items: dispatched within 3 business days after payment confirmation (up to 7 business days during busy periods). Items not in stock: within 7 business days (up to 10). Domestic delivery by Japan Post Click Post or Yu-Pack; international delivery by Japan Post EMS.

Payment methods

Credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, PayPal, PayPay (Japan residents only) and bank transfer (Japan residents only).

Payment timing

Credit cards and electronic payments are charged when the order is confirmed. Bank transfers must be completed within 3 business days of the order date; otherwise the order is cancelled. The transfer account is in the personal name of Masaki Nakamura.

Cancellation

Possible until dispatch.

Defective items

Initial defects or malfunctions reported by email within 7 days of delivery (photos of the issue required) will be handled by reshipment of the same item or a refund in accordance with our Refund Policy; all reshipment costs are borne by the customer. Returning the defective item is not required. Scope of initial defects: obvious manufacturing defects or shapes that differ from the specification. Damage occurring after installation or during driving, damage from collisions or contact, and damage caused by fitting work or usage are not covered.

Return deadline

Within 7 days of delivery. Returns for customer preference are not accepted.

Return shipping costs

No return is required for defective or wrongly shipped items. Returns for customer reasons are at the customer's expense.

International orders

Customs duties and import taxes are borne by the recipient. Costs arising from refusal of delivery, unpaid customs charges or address errors (including return shipping) are borne by the customer.

Disclosure of address and phone number

In accordance with Article 11 of the Act on Specified Commercial Transactions and Article 23-2 of its Enforcement Regulations, we will disclose our address and phone number without delay upon request. Please contact us by email with your name and your request.
