Introducing reinforced concrete apartment buildings and explaining how to assemble them

[Click here if you just want to see how to assemble it!]

Make effective use of limited space! Create a comfortable pit environment with the RC Mansion . The RC Mansion allows you to work smoothly even in limited spaces, such as the pit table at a race venue or permanent circuit.
There are many different types available on the market, but our RC apartments have been thoroughly strengthened in three areas to make them even easier to use!

✅Overwhelming rigidity and load-bearing capacity
The shelves are made with generous amounts of resin for a highly rigid design. They have passed a static load test of 10 kg, providing solid support for your important tools and parts.

Large base plate for excellent stability
The base plate, which serves as the installation surface, is a large design measuring 160mm x 200mm. It prevents wobbling during operation and can be used to place a charger or stabilized power supply, or as a parts tray.

Flexible customization
Shelves can be replaced, added, and their height adjusted, allowing you to create a layout that suits your needs! One of the attractions is the fun of creating a RC apartment to your liking.

This high-strength, high-performance reinforced concrete apartment building significantly improves the efficiency of PIT work!
Create a comfortable working environment even in limited space.

Detailed explanation is below.

The basic structure is three stories high, as shown in the photo.

The first floor is the base shared by all types and has a pocket that can be used as a parts tray.
The base bears the entire load, so it is very strong.

RC apartment shelf design for ease of useSecond standard shelf – size and design perfect for touring cars
The second shelf is 80mm x 120mm in size, making it the perfect size for a touring car.
The middle arm is 70mm long so that it can be placed stably with the body attached.
In addition, 12 round holes with a diameter of 13 mm are provided, making it easy to use for damper maintenance.

✅Top shelf – Compact and stable design
The top shelf also measures 80mm x 120mm.
Since there are no structural constraints on the upper level, the arm is designed to be short and the center of gravity is closer to the pole.
Of course, you can also leave the body attached!
Furthermore, like the second tier, there are 12 Φ13mm round holes, making it convenient for damper maintenance.

✅Magnetic shelf – A design that combines expandability and practicality
Magnets are embedded in the four corners, allowing for easy attachment of optional plates.
It can be customized to suit your needs, making it even easier to use.

In addition, four Φ15mm round holes are provided to allow for damper maintenance.
The large diameter design allows it to be adapted to the dampers of various vehicle models, expanding the range of work it can be used for.

OP Plate (for TA08) – Specially designed for outstanding stability
A special plate that fits perfectly to the shape of the TA08's main chassis.
It provides firm support for the TA08, which tends to be unstable, allowing you to place it stably.

Furthermore, the design allows the protrusions to fit into the holes in the chassis, making it less likely for the machine to fall even if it is tilted slightly, giving you more peace of mind while working.
Combining it with a magnetic shelf and placing it on the top shelf will make it even easier to use.

Combine it with an RC apartment to make maintaining the TA08 even easier!

Assembly Instructions

① Insert the pipe firmly into the base. It will go in about 20mm.

②Tighten the included drill screws with an electric screwdriver, but do not tighten them all the way. Stop halfway .

③Finally, tighten gently by hand until the screw heads just lightly touch the screws.
*This method is used for all other screws.

④ Put the longer shelf board first and then put the shorter one on the top shelf through the pipe.

⑤ Consider what you want to place on each shelf and fix the middle shelf at the desired height first. Measure the exposed part of the pipe. In the photo, it is 80 mm.

⑥ Push the M3 nut into the cam with the hexagonal hole. Be sure to use a regular nut. Nylon nuts etc. cannot be used.

⑦Thread the M3 screws through the top cap and insert the cams in the correct order. The cams are arranged on the right side in the correct order.

⑧Align the cam and insert it into the pipe.

9. Shake the screw slightly and quickly tighten it using an electric drill or similar tool. This will open the cam inside and lock it in place.

10. Move the upper section until it touches the top cap you just installed and temporarily secure it in place with the included drill screws.

⑪ Remove the screws and attach the hook parts to the top row only as shown in the photo, then tighten them together to complete the set.

Very convenient RC apartment!
Please feel free to use it!
