The RC Mansion is convenient for places with limited space, such as race venues and permanent pit tables on circuits.
There are many different types available on the market from various manufacturers, but we have focused on three key points when creating our product.
1. High rigidity (shelf static load of 10kg or more/300 hours or more cleared load test)
②High stability (The base plate is large, measuring 160mm x 200mm)
3) It is customizable (shelf boards can be replaced, added, and height adjusted, etc.)
The basic structure is three stories high, as shown in the photo.
The first floor is the base shared by all types and has a pocket that can be used as a parts tray.
Since the base bears the entire load, it is very strong.
The standard shelf area on the second level is a convenient size of 80mm x 120mm, and the length of the arm on the middle level is mm so that it can be placed with the body attached.
The 12 round holes are Φ13mm holes, which are easy to use for damper maintenance.
The top shelf area is 80mm x 120mm
Since there is no obstruction at the top level, the arm length is short and measures 3.5 mm to bring the center of gravity closer to the pole.
Of course, you can ride it with the body attached.
The 12 round holes are Φ13mm holes, which are easy to use for damper maintenance.
Magnets are embedded in the corners of the magnetic shelf, making it possible to attach optional plates.
The four round holes are Φ15 mm holes that can be used for damper maintenance and are large enough to accommodate the dampers of various vehicle models.
OP plate (for TA08)
This is a special plate that fits perfectly to the shape of the TA08's main chassis.
The TA08, which tends to be unstable, can now be mounted perfectly stably.
In addition, the protrusions fit into the holes in the chassis, making it difficult for the machine to fall even if it is tilted slightly.
It is very stable, so it is easy to use if you place it on the top shelf together with a magnetic shelf.
The magnet on the back is designed to be attached to a magnetic shelf.
How to assemble
① Insert the pipe into the base and secure it in place.
Insert the included pipe into the base and drill a hole with a Φ1.5 to Φ2 drill bit.
Secure with M3 screws.
Before drilling a hole, it will be easier to make a slight indentation with a punch or similar tool.
Also, it's easier to drill holes if you don't press down too hard on the drill.
As long as the pole does not come loose, no tightening torque is required.
*If you tighten it too much, the screws will not work because the pole is too thin.
② Pass all the shelves through the pipes.
Insert the shelf into the pipe.
It will not be fixed at this point.
③ Attach the top cap.
Please refer to the video to secure the top cap.
④Fix the top shelf.
