🏢 We are not a "major e-commerce shop"

Unlike large online retailers with massive logistics warehouses, our store is a small, independent shop run by a small team of staff .
We apologize, but we cannot offer the magical speed of "press a button and receive it the next day." However, we are fully committed to maintaining unparalleled quality and prices that other stores cannot match.

Strategies to "never stop shipping"

Although we are a small team, we operate with two separate physical locations for our "production base" and "shipping base" to avoid inconveniencing our customers.
This is our unique backup system that ensures that even if one staff member is unwell or on leave, the other location will cover the gap, allowing us to continue shipping products reliably .
Although we are a small shop, we are committed to delivering our products responsibly. We have more than 15 3D printers on hand at all times, and we have a backup system in place to ensure that production and shipping do not stop even if a 3D printer malfunctions or we run out of repair parts .

⛔ We cannot accommodate urgent requests.

We cannot accommodate requests such as "I want to use it for a race this weekend" or "Please deliver it by [date]".

  • Shipping is closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays (the post office is also closed on those days).
  • While staff may sometimes work on their days off, this is a "service" and not an "obligation."
  • Please place your order with plenty of time to spare.

🚚 Regarding tracking number updates and estimated delivery time

Q. I received a shipping confirmation email, but I can't track my package!

A. Because the post office hasn't received the package yet.

To ensure efficient and accurate shipping, we follow these steps:

① Issue a shipping label ➡ A shipping confirmation email will be automatically sent at this point ✉️
(※At this point, the product is still in my possession, and I will now begin the packing process.)

② Packing everything together
(※Instead of delivering each item to the post office individually, we will pack all orders together with those of other customers.)

③ Drop it in the mailbox
(Note: Simply dropping it in the mailbox will not update the data.)

④ Postal worker collects from the mailbox and registers at the main post office ➡ Tracking starts here! ✅

As explained above, there is usually a time lag of "half a day to one day" between the time an email is received and when it is processed at the post office.
Even if it says "Tracking number not found," it doesn't mean your delivery was missed. Please wait until it is updated.


⏳ Estimated arrival time: 3 to 6 days from dispatch.

To offer products at a low price, we use a shipping method (Click Post) that takes a few days.
Please wait, as this is subject to weather and traffic conditions.

⏳ Delivery style: Delivered to your mailbox (for ClickPost)
The delivery will be placed in your mailbox , so please check your mailbox.
Mail carriers do not deliver mail by ringing the doorbell directly.
*For Yu-Pack deliveries, a postal worker will hand the package directly to you.

⏳ Reason for not using standard mail: Because it is trackable.
The reason we don't use standard mail (non-registered mail), which would reduce shipping costs, is because it allows for tracking.
This is to give our customers peace of mind, and also because, in the event of any delivery problems, it is possible to investigate the details more thoroughly compared to standard mail.

💰 Shipping rules for orders over ¥3,300

There are conditions for the "free shipping on orders over 3,300 yen".

  • Small items (Click Post) ➡ Free
  • Large items (Yu-Pack) ➡ 200 yen discount on shipping (not free)

*Due to the high shipping costs for large items, shipping is not entirely free.
*Please note that the shipping fee includes not only the freight charge but also the cost of packaging materials (such as cardboard boxes).
*Shipping costs will be automatically displayed after the discount. Due to system limitations, the message "-200 yen discount" will not be shown.

🏠 Please be careful not to make any mistakes with the address!

We cannot be held responsible if your order does not arrive due to an incorrect address entered by the customer.
(Resending will incur a fee.)

Please be sure to check that the street address and room number are correct.
Incorrect postal codes are very common. Please be careful.

*There have been cases where packages were delivered to unrelated nearby homes due to incorrect address entry.
