About Vi-FA

Origin of the brand name and concept
"Vi-FA" is a coined word that combines "Victory" and "Factory (a workshop that makes anything)."
Our concept is to make RC (radio control) more fun.
Through Vi-FA products, we hope to make your radio control life even more fulfilling.

About the product
We primarily provide parts using FDM (Fused Deposition Modeling) and FFF (Fused Filament Fabrication) 3D printers.
In the future, we also plan to offer CNC machined products made from carbon and aluminum, as well as products made using industrial 3D printers.
The materials we use are selected to best suit their characteristics and applications.

Regarding handling of the 3D printer
Vi-FA is an authorized distributor of Bambu Lab, a Shenzhen , China-based manufacturer of innovative 3D printers.
We carry all products manufactured by Bambu Lab, including printers, AMS (Automatic Material Supply System), genuine filament, and replacement parts.
Due to our contract with Bambu Lab, we do not sell our products to the general public through online stores , etc. If you would like to purchase, please contact us directly .
This is a sales rule based on the official sales contract, and is a measure to ensure that all customers are treated fairly.

Material types and characteristics
PLA
While it is hard and easy to print, it has poor heat resistance and is prone to cracking, so we use our own original PLA-based material with added modifiers.
Modified PLA is 20 times tougher than regular PLA.

PETG
It is a softer, less shatter-resistant material than PLA and has better heat resistance than PLA.
It has a high viscosity and coefficient of friction, making printing on it a challenging task.

ABS
It is an excellent material with high heat resistance and mechanical strength.
Printing requires high temperatures, and it is also important to prevent shrinkage after printing.
It is a difficult material to print on as its strength decreases significantly if not printed under the right conditions.

ASA
This material is highly weather resistant and is suitable for environments exposed to direct sunlight, wind and rain.
It has properties similar to ABS.

PA12 (nylon)
This material combines flexibility and high heat resistance, making it less likely to crack and suitable for areas where a little softness is desired.

TPU
This thermoplastic polyurethane is an ideal material for applications requiring impact absorption, such as front bumpers.
It is flexible like rubber and quickly returns to its original shape.

PC (Polycarbonate)
It is an excellent material with properties far superior to ABS.

For CNC processing, we also use dry carbon and duralumin, selecting the most suitable material for each product.
