Our Story
"We wanted to build race-winning parts with our own hands."
Vi-FA is an RC custom parts brand born at the race track. The name combines Victory and Factory. Our concept is simple: make RC more fun and faster. We obsess over every detail — materials, dimensions, design, and usability.
How We Build — No Compromises
Ideas
Everything starts at the track — and with our customers. Many of our products were born from customer feedback and requests.
Countless prototypes
High-precision printers, optimized print settings, and carefully selected materials. We rebuild and refine again and again until we are truly satisfied — from sub-millimeter accuracy to texture and ease of installation, with zero compromise.
Rigorous track testing by pro drivers
A part is not finished on the desk. Only parts proven on the track by professional drivers make it into our lineup.
Small-batch production, made in Japan
Each part is produced and inspected in-house in Japan. Keeping inventory minimal lets us offer honest prices — though shipping may occasionally take a little longer.
And after the sale, if anything is wrong with your order, we will always make it right. Our work is not done until you are happy on the track.
Products and What's Next
Today we focus on FDM/FFF 3D-printed parts. CNC-machined dry carbon and duralumin parts, as well as industrial 3D-printed products, are coming to the lineup.
Materials
We select the best material for each part and purpose. Highlights include:
- Modified PLA — our original blend with 20x the toughness of standard PLA
- PETG — crack-resistant with good heat resistance
- ABS / ASA — strong and heat-resistant; ASA excels outdoors
- PA12 (nylon) — flexible yet heat-resistant
- TPU — rubber-like flexibility, ideal for bumpers
- PC (polycarbonate) — far stronger than ABS
- Dry carbon / duralumin — used in CNC-machined parts
